 [날마다기적] 고수들만 한다는 그 기도 "센터링 기도" Centering Prayer

안녕하세요.

제 채널에서 센터링 기도에 대해서 소개해드렸는데요.

많은 분들이 기도에 갈급해 한다는 것을 깨달았어요.

그래서 제가 아는 것을 조금 더 실천적으로 공유하고 싶어서 글로 남깁니다.

영상은 유튜브 채널 #날마다기적이영광 에서 보실 수 있어요.

쉬운 것 같으면서도 쉽지 않은 기도예요.

많은 훈련과 반복을 통해 깊어집니다.

저도 훈련 중이고요.

함께 해보고 싶은 분들을 위한 영상을 올리려고 해요.

대부분 제 채널의 영상이 그렇듯이 실시간으로 올라갑니다.

함께 기도하며 하나님으로 채워지는 평안을 누리기 원합니다.

세상이 너무 시끄럽잖아요.

고요한 가운데 주님으로 가득채워지면 우리의 일상이 달라집니다.

저도 그런 경험을 합니다.

주의 사항이 있는데요.

처음에는 보통 20분 정도 하시길 권해요. 길어지면 30분.

거룩한 단어를 정하시고 (하나님을 상징하는 언어면됩니다.)

편안한 자세로 앉으시고, 하지만 잠들지 않는 자세입니다. 등을 꼿꼿이 세우세요.^^

잔잔한 알람을 맞추시고 기도에서 깨어날 때 놀라지 않도록 합니다.

기도가 끝나고 2분정도 침묵을 합니다. 

이때 주기도문을 조용히 외워도 좋아요.

기도중에 일어나는 어떤 신체적 현상에도 마음을 빼앗기지 마세요.

거룩한 단어를 떠올리며 흘려보냅니다. 

어떤 생각이나 거룩한 단어마저도 흘려보낸다고 생각하시면 됩니다.

하나님,

질병으로 인해 감사합니다,

인간의 나약함을 깨닫기 때문입니다.

가끔 고독하고 외로운것도 감사합니다.

그것은 하나님과 가까워지는 기회입니다.

일이 계획대로 안되게 틀어짐도 감사합니다.

그래서 나의 교만이 깨어지기 때문 입니다.

돈이 떨어지고 사고 싶은것도 맘대로 못사는 것도 감사합니다.

눈물젖은 빵을 먹는 심정을 이해할수 있기 때문입니다.

자식이 기대만큼 하지 않고 배우자가 미워지고 

부모님과 형제들이 짐스러워질 때도 감사합니다.

그래서 그들이 저의 우상이 되지않기 때문입니다.

그로인해 영원을 사모하는 마음을 갖기 때문입니다.
